L&T Site Office Complex — Durgapur Expressway Project
Designed, fabricated, and positioned 48 customized 20ft container office units for Larsen & Toubro's highway site headquarters. The project required modular wall insulation, gypsum panel lining, heavy-duty PVC flooring, concealed electrical wiring, and air-conditioning setups for engineers.
We handled the entire logistics chain using our flatbed fleet and managed secure anchoring on concrete plinths on-site within a 26-day deadline.
Brew & Bite Cafe — Sector V, Salt Lake, Kolkata
Designed and built a stunning double-decker container cafe using two customized 40ft High Cube containers. The design incorporates a structural steel staircase leading to an open-air rooftop terrace, full-size double glazed glass facades, wooden counter styling, and commercial plumbing for kitchen equipment.
Equipped with internal insulation, air-conditioning channels, under-counter water storage tanks, and warm designer ambient lighting, this space has become an iconic food hub.
Siliguri Hills Eco-Resort — 1BHK Container Vacation Home
Fabricated a cozy 1BHK modular holiday home from two structurally reinforced 20ft containers for an eco-resort developer in Siliguri. Features a spacious glass-fronted lounge, full bathroom with customized plumbing, built-in kitchen niche, and wood-paneled exterior.
The unit was insulated with double-sided bubble foil and rockwool sheets to withstand extreme weather, maintaining comfortable interiors year-round. Completed with a customized wooden front deck.
